Prioritisation Matrix
Everyone has an opinion. Now everyone has a vote.
Anonymous dot voting eliminates HiPPO effect and groupthink. Items are submitted, voted on independently, and ranked only when all votes are cast. The team owns the outcome.
Five interviewers. Five opinions. One right answer.
Independent scoring removes gut feel from hiring. The aggregate surfaces the candidate who performed best across every criterion — not just the one the loudest voice preferred.
Five strong candidates. One right answer. Zero politics.
Independent scoring before comparison begins. The conversation changes from "I liked her energy" to "she scored highest on four of five criteria." Made in 20 minutes.
